How to set up your phone or laptop
    2–3 m
    1. Prop your phone upright on the floor or a low shelf (lean it on a book). Laptop: tilt the screen so your feet are in view.
    2. Step back 2–3 m until your whole body, including hands above your head, is on screen.
    3. Use a clear, non-slip space about 2 m × 1 m. Good light helps; avoid a bright window behind you.
    4. The figure shows which way to face: front = face the camera, side = turn side-on.
